These terms cover your use of propxconnect.com, operated by TradeSaber Inc. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

PropXConnect is a comparison and information site for proprietary trading firms. We are not a broker, not a prop firm, not a financial adviser, and not regulated as any of those. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy any account or place any trade. See our risk disclosure.

Accuracy

We record each firm’s prices, drawdown rules, payout terms and restrictions as the firm publishes them, and we re-check them regularly. Firms change their terms, sometimes without announcing it. Always confirm the current rules on the firm’s own site before you buy. We are not liable for a decision made on a figure that a firm has since changed.

How we are paid

We earn a commission when somebody opens an account through our links or discount codes, paid by the firm and not added to your price. It does not affect rankings, which sort on the criteria you choose. The full explanation is on our affiliate disclosure page.

Your account

You must be at least 18. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else is using your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, to abuse the draws, or to abuse other members.

Reviews and anything else you post

Write about your own experience and keep it honest. Do not post anything false, abusive, or that is not yours to post. By submitting a review you let us publish and display it on the site. We may decline or remove anything that breaks these terms, and we may mark a review as verified when we can confirm the account behind it.

Prize draws

Draws are governed by our draw rules, which form part of these terms. No purchase is necessary to enter. Buying an account does not give you an entry or improve your odds.

Our content

The site, its text, its comparison data as compiled, and its design belong to TradeSaber Inc. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the comparison data wholesale, scrape the site, or republish it as your own.

Other people’s sites

We link to prop firms and other third parties. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they do, what they charge, or whether they pay out. Your dealings with a firm are between you and that firm.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, TradeSaber Inc. is not liable for trading losses, for evaluation or account fees you spend, for a firm failing to pay you, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
