Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 October 2026.
PropXConnect is operated by TradeSaber Inc., a Canadian company based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers propxconnect.com.
The short version
- We set no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party tracking on this site.
- You can read the whole comparison without an account and without telling us anything.
- We earn a commission when somebody opens a prop firm account through our links. That is explained on our affiliate disclosure page.
- We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
What we collect
If you only browse
Our host and our network provider keep ordinary server logs — IP address, browser and the pages requested — for security and to keep the site up. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and uses these to tell people apart from bots.
If you create an account
- Your email address, the display name you choose, and a password (stored hashed — we never see it).
- Your Discord account ID and username, if you link one.
- Your YouTube handle, if you link one. We read public comments on our own videos to work out draw entries. We do not get access to your Google account.
- Screenshots you upload to verify that you follow a firm or channel.
- Your points balance, draw entries, any draws you have opted out of, and prizes you have won.
- Reviews you write, with the rating and whether it is verified.
Winners are asked for the details needed to pass a prize to the firm that is providing it.
If you contact us
Whatever you put in the message, plus your email address so we can answer.
Cookies and what is stored in your browser
We do not set tracking cookies. The only cookies on this site are the ones needed to make it work:
- WordPress login cookies — set only after you sign in, so the site knows it is still you. They go when you log out.
- Cloudflare’s bot-management cookie — set on every visitor to tell real traffic from automated attacks.
We also use your browser’s local storage to remember display preferences: light or dark mode, which sections you left open, and which view of the draws you prefer. That stays on your own device, is never sent to us, and identifies nobody.
Because none of this is advertising or analytics, there is no consent banner to click. If that ever changes, you will be asked first.
When you click through to a prop firm, that firm sets its own cookies on its own site, including the one that records that we referred you. What they do from that point is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We hold your account information because you asked us to create an account, and we use it to run the service you signed up for — entries, points, verification and prizes. We hold logs and bot-detection data because we have a legitimate interest in the site not being taken down. We send you email about draws and your account because you opted in, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with the services that make the site run:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database.
- Cloudflare, which handles traffic and blocks attacks.
- Brevo, which delivers our email.
- Microsoft 365, which runs our own mailboxes.
- Discord, if you link an account, to confirm you are in the server.
- The prize provider, if you win a draw — they need to know who to give the account to.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it.
Where it is kept
We are a Canadian company and the services above operate in Canada, the United States and the European Union. Where information is handled outside your own country, it is still handled under this policy.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account exists, and removed when you ask us to close it. Draw records and prize claims are kept for seven years, because they are records of who we gave something to. Server logs are kept for a short period and then rotate away. Verification screenshots are deleted once the thing they prove has been recorded.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your account and the personal information attached to it;
- stop sending you email, which you can also do yourself from any email we send.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in Canada, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you think we have got something wrong. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
Ask through our contact page. We answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is for adults. Accounts and prize draws are not open to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to the admin side is limited and protected. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not store payment card details at all, because purchases happen on the prop firm’s own site and not here.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and say so on the site.
