The things people ask first
Do points expire?
No. Not on a date, not after inactivity, not for any other reason. If you spent the money, the points are yours until you use them.
Is the rate different by firm?
Yes, and we publish it on every firm's row. Reward accounts have to be bought with that firm's own commission, so partners who let us do that fund the prizes directly and earn you more. Every firm we carry earns something — some comparison sites pay nothing at all on certain firms without saying so on the firm's page.
Is it the list price or what I paid?
What you paid, after the discount. Points are calculated on the real charge.
How are points credited?
You upload a screenshot of your order confirmation in your dashboard. Every night we match submissions against the orders the firm has confirmed on their side, and approved claims are credited. There is no time limit on submitting — but each order can only be claimed once.
Does this cost me anything?
No. The code gives you the same or a better price than going direct. We're paid a commission by the firm, and the points are a share of it.
What can I actually redeem?
Two things: funded accounts from the firms we hold stock with, and TradeSaber and Predator X licences and indicators. Nothing else — the full list is on the rewards page.
